Brisa Living LLC, doing business as Brisa Summer Kitchen ("Brisa", "we", "us", "our"), designs and installs outdoor kitchens in Central Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Name, email address, phone number and mailing or project address.
- Details about your property and project, including photographs, measurements, appliance and material preferences, timeline and budget.
- Messages you send us by web form, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram or phone.
- Payment and financing information, which is processed by our payment and financing providers. We do not store full card numbers.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your device type, browser, pages viewed and referring source. We use this to understand how the site is used.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and answer questions.
- To schedule and confirm site visits and installation appointments.
- To prepare estimates, quotes, designs and orders.
- To deliver, install and service your outdoor kitchen, including coordinating with our suppliers and installers.
- To send you updates about your project by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To meet legal, tax, permitting and warranty obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your project. Consent to receive text messages is obtained when you submit a form on our website with the SMS consent box ticked, when you provide your number to us verbally or in writing and agree to be texted, or when you text us first.
Messages we send include appointment confirmations and reminders, links to your estimate or quote, delivery and installation updates, and replies to questions you have asked us. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts.
Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@brisasummerkitchen.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you as a customer and does not stop us contacting you by phone or email about a project already underway.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business and deliver your project. These include our customer relationship management system, scheduling and communication tools, payment and financing providers, and the suppliers, fabricators and installers assigned to your project. They may use your information only to perform work on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our team or the public.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your language preference, and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning off cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
How long we keep information
We keep project records for as long as needed to deliver the work, honour warranties and meet our legal, tax and permitting obligations. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period and then removed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. Contact us at hello@brisasummerkitchen.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
