How much space do I need for a full outdoor kitchen?
Many Dr. Phillips pool homes have room for an L-shaped or island layout with a grill, prep space, storage, and seating. On tighter decks we design a linear run that still covers cooking, prep, and refrigeration.
Do Dr. Phillips communities require design approval?
Several of the gated neighborhoods here do. Where an HOA architectural committee is involved, we prepare the required drawings and specifications and build to the community's standards.
Can you tie the kitchen into my existing pool area?
Yes. We design around existing pool decks, screen enclosures, and gas or electrical stub-outs so the kitchen feels original to the home rather than added on.
