Full setup details
Includes fitting the legs, positioning the island, joining and levelling the cabinets, bonding the countertop, placing the appliances and returning after the 24-hour countertop cure to set the grill.
The grill comes configured for propane (tank sold separately), with a natural gas conversion kit included. We recommend a licensed professional for gas connections and any necessary adjustments. Gas connections are arranged separately from Brisa Island Setup.
Electrical work, plumbing work and site preparation are arranged separately from Brisa Island Setup.

Before you order

- Ships in 10 business days. Freight transit time is additional, and the delivery is curbside.
- Final assembly happens on site, with the grill set after the countertop adhesive has cured for 24 hours.

About the 86" Sandbar
The 86.5 inch Sandbar is the balanced one. It carries the same 48 inch grill base and Jupiter Classic 32 inch grill as the Horizon, plus a propane storage cabinet and additional base cabinets, which buys you counter on both sides of the grill instead of only one.
That second landing area is what most people miss on a smaller island. Raw plates on one side, cooked on the other, with room for a board and a tray in between. For a family patio or a vacation rental kitchen that has to survive guests who do not read instructions, it is the size that stops feeling tight after a season.
The grill runs 48,000 BTU over 533 square inches with the Instant Ignition System, on propane or natural gas. The counter is Glacier Frost WeatherTop, the legs and hardware are stainless, and the cabinets arrive fully assembled in your chosen door style and finish. Freight is included and orders normally ship within 10 business days.

Cabinets arrive assembled.
The 86" Sandbar arrives with the cabinets built, the Glacier Frost WeatherTop countertop cut to size, and the Jupiter grill ready to set in.
Final assembly happens on your lanai. Legs on, cabinets joined and levelled, countertop bonded, grill set. Most of it is an afternoon's work, and the countertop adhesive cures for 24 hours before the grill goes in.
Do it yourself with the manufacturer's manual and video, both below, or hire a local installer. You can also add Brisa Island Setup at $650 per island, $585 with the current 10% offer and we handle all of it.
Delivery and lead time
- Ships in 10 business days
- Delivered by freight truck, kerbside. Inspect the crate before signing for it and note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of ordering. After that the order is with the factory and cannot be cancelled.
- Your order is paid in full at checkout. Shop Pay Installments is offered there for eligible purchases, subject to approval.
Warranty
Limited 25-year cabinet warranty, 5-year hardware, 1-year countertop. Grill, side burner and refrigerator carry the Jupiter manufacturer warranty.

The WeatherStrong Island Series cabinet warranty runs 25 years from purchase for as long as the original purchaser owns it. It is not transferable and does not cover labour, removal, transport or reinstallation. Stainless steel hardware is covered for 5 years and the WeatherTop countertop for 1 year. Grills, side burners and refrigerators are covered by their own manufacturer warranty, not by the cabinet warranty. Fading is considered normal and is not covered.
